bad experience

it’s near to my brother & sister house

the flow of the water is so weak and there is a bad smell in the comfort room and in the room the bath towel is not so clean it’s look like a kitchen towel not a bath towel the guard man did not do their job the didn’t open the door they did not greet the costumer and the receptionist is very bad service they did not gave me the receipt of my payment it take a time to gave me a receipt I will not going stay anymore it was my bad experience in this hotel

Nothing. We even stayed at Winford on the 3rd to 4th day of our stay.

We had a very stressful stay. We had the family deluxe room, but it didn’t felt like it. They don’t accept credit cards. There was only 1 socket for the entire room, really? My mom arrived first, that was a Monday. I had to argue regarding the senior citizen discount because they would not to provide it at first. But when they approved at first it was only 10%. So I had to call again and again, Ms. Lovely was the first one I talked to whom I thought was accommodating, but wasn’t at all. I kept calling her but its either she hanged up the phone or turned off the phone, THUMBS UP FOR YOU MAM.. NOT! I had to call other branches just to get the landline number of the hotel because none of the staff there wanted to give the number to my mom so I could call them directly. When I finally called them, they insisted on the 10%, do you even know the Law? Do you want to be reported to the Department of Tourism???? It was a good thing I was able to talk to the MANAGER MS Melba, who finally approved of the 20%. On the day of our check out date, I received a call that we had to check out at 715 AM???? Are you serious? What hotel has that kind of check out time?? YOU DID NOT INFORM MY MOM OR ANY OF US WHO ARRIVED AT WEDNESDAY THAT!!! If you had, my mom would have waited at the lobby and waited for the right check in time. I must say! VERY BAD SERVICE AND TREATMENT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! Never booking a hotel in any of your branches. Bad service. Very stressful. We were all annoyed. PS I AM ATTACHING A MESSAGE OF MS LIVELY, which I was really amazed.

Nice to stay for a short holiday.

Friendly and welcoming staff.

The smell of the room, toilet and towel are awful. To order breakfast is take too long.

Bed is comportable and the room is big enough for us as family..Rm 214

The bathroom is horrible..its flooded everytime we took shower its really make us uncomfortable to use the bathroom..Bedsheets and duvet cover are so wrinkled..

i really love the service.

i really love the service..very friendly and accomodating staff..

the linen was not so clean and there are some cockroaches..the towels are all stock and so the bed sheet there is a stain of blood...no wifi at the room
